Horses & Hounds

Today Finn & Luke (me) visisted the Malmö horse show. There were actually more dogs than horses, but the dogs were not jumping shoulder height at 40kmh. It was impressive to see the size of the horses and how they were handled in a small space with many onlookers. Finn rode one of the smaller examples but told me he wanted to ride the big ones. And then were the bikes, that I could not get him off of...

A day on the beach

Undercover dad.

Luke in is new wetsuit, Finn was a bit confused when daddy disapeared into the sea, telling other people on the beach "pappa" and pointing out to the sea where Luke was a bit difficult to spot. Finn found a little girl to play with that he keept refering to as "the boy". The boys mum was very patient with Finn and his non stop talking, as I walked up to them I hear Finn say : I am farting, very honest little boy we have.

Best Friends

Yesterday Alma and Micke came around for a play and coffee, Flora loved the attention and happily gave Alma a kiss. (Alma already know how important it is to close her eyes when kissing)

Spending time with the Erikssons

This is little cousin Viktor, he and his lovely mother (Sara) came and spend a few days with us this week, Finn was in daycare so we had "babyday" together. Viktor and Flora had lots of fun looking at eachother and trying to grab one another, hope we will see them soon again.

Then we went to Karlshamn to visit "moffa" (grandad) and "Lisep", moffa makes "shake" every morning and Finn loves is.

Finn keept himself very busy helping out in the garden. . . .

....but there is always time for rest.

We were out in the forest on the weekend & Flora found a stick to chew on - she seemed to like the dirt. Finn decided the cows must be sleeping, as they were no where to be found. Being outside inspired us toward a camping holiday. Now we'll have to renovate and build a 'camping cupboard' to store all the crap in.

Only for dads

Today Luke oi off work so he is taking Finn to playgroup, Friday is for dads only . Here is a photo of Luke and his dad mates from about a 18 moths ago (Niklas & Iris, Niklas &Leonard, Micke &Alma), back from the days when they were all stay at home dads.

8 months later..

In just 8 months our little Flora has learnt to sit up, "talk", laugh, smile....and grown 25 cm, put on 5kg and grown 2 teeth, not bad, keep up the good job.
